Name is simple. Just put the Attack's Name.
Element refers to which Element it belongs to. Its Element can make it stronger against some enemies, but weaker against others. If you don't want to use an element, put None.
Damage is how much damage the attack initially deals. Keep it reasonable.
Special Effect is optional. If the attack deals 0, it must have a Special Effect. It can range from healing, to stunning the enemy for a turn. When using the attack, remember you don't have to always use the Special Effect, but when you do, the attack's initial damage is decreased by up to 80 damage.
Character Usage is pretty much the same as Side Usage. List here any specific Minions, Apollians, Partners, Armors, and Morphs you want using the attack
under 50 damage - at least 25 %
51- 100 damage - at least 50 %
101- 200 - Data cost at least 75 %
200 + , need at least 100%
((Yeah, this will be put on hold =| ))
